By accessing or using Studio Guardian ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Studio Guardian is a safety, compliance, and crisis management platform designed for dance studios. The Service includes:
- Staff compliance tracking and management
- Student and guardian information management
- Incident reporting and documentation
- Policy templates and acknowledgment tracking
- Safety certification programs
3. Account Responsibilities
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload malicious code or content

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are provided at our discretion
7. Limitation of Liability
Important: Studio Guardian is a tool to assist with safety compliance, but it does not guarantee the prevention of incidents or ensure complete legal compliance. You are responsible for:
- Verifying compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Actually implementing safety policies and procedures
- Conducting proper background checks through authorized providers
- Training staff appropriately
- Maintaining adequate insurance coverage
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Guardian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Guardian, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice when possible.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
